I recently downloaded current version of sc. All my chart drawings from the old version are gone.
Is there a way to retrieve? If not going forward how can i back up so this doesn't happen again. Thanks.

Can you tell us what version you updated from? You should not have lost any Chart Drawings. There are backup files of your chartbooks so we can look into the issue by getting a backup file.

So you definitely are able to get the drawings back. This is not a problem.

Provide us the backup Chartbook file. Instructions:

You can attach it here. Instructions:

Was this Chartbook saved after updating Sierra Chart? It appears like this is the case.

We need to get the one used with the older version before you have saved it under the current version. There are backup Chartbooks available:

So you can get an older copy of it and provide that to us.
