In order to reset to zero, you should be able to go to Trade > Clear Trade Simulation Orders and Data

You can adjust the order fills start date time in the chart to the current Date-Time to effectively cause a reset:
Chart Settings: Order Fills Start Date-Time (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Trading menu)
