Is there a way to have the price level ("y" value) shown for any tool BEFORE the tool is clicked/anchored on the chart. For example, I routinely use the Price Projection Tool and the Horizontal Line Tool and I would like to see the exact price level ("y" value) for my cursor (with the tool selected) BEFORE I click and anchor the drawing to the chart. I can set the tool so that I see the level of the tool AFTER I have clicked on the chart and anchored the drawing. Too often I click on the chart to anchor the drawing and it is not at the exact price I want it to be since I can not see what level the tool is at before I click/anchor the drawing. The "Y" value within the Chart Values tool is similar to what I could use...however, I do not see how to replicate this function to other tools such as the Horizontal Line or Price Projection Tool. I had been using the "y" values within the Trade box (in the upper left of the screen) when I have Chart Trade Mode On. These "y" values track the cursor as the cursor moves around. But, I do not want to have the Chart Trade Mode On for one of my charts...so, this little trade window in the upper left of the chart disappears when not in Chart Trade Mode. How can I accomplish this....there must be a way within SC. I have gone thru all the Global settings...Trade settings...Tool settings....etc. and I can not find out how to do this.
