Trouble with cumulative delta

Hello,
I'm having issues with Cumulative Delta-ticks showing incomplete data. Here's a screen capture http://screencast.com/t/IW2xrLrpU
How can I fix this? I am using CT4 for my data. I am also a Top Step trader.

I set it to tick-by-tick data, deleted the data and reloaded but nothing changed.

It looks good for us.

We recommend updating Sierra Chart. There were some concerns about updating to the newer versions that use CTS FIX, but these are no longer relevant. You can safely update.

I have two trading accounts with the same login. The delta issue was fixed but now I don't know how to distinguish between the two accounts after the upgrade.
