Hello - I recently installed the Sierra platform and am having issues with charts. I have to disconnect and connect to update the quotes - otherwise it only works for about a minute and then stops. Any help is appreciated.

We see you are using TransAct. Please contact your broker and have them put you in contact with TransAct support for help with this. TransAct provides the data feed in this particular case.
