I have an active Sierra account.
I pay for my Sierra platform one year in advance and did so last October 2019
My monthly DATA FEES are taken directly from my AMP Brokerage account.
I received an email from Sierra and a notice upon starting up my Sierra Charts Platform
that I only have $5.74 in my account,and so, there is a request for more money to keep my subscription active,
or for active DATA... not sure which. Also not sure why this request is being made. How is this to be properly resolved,
as I do not any interruptions to my trading.
Please advise.
