Confirmation for real-time futures feed

Hi,

I'm a new user and just subscribed to the Denali real-time futures data. I noticed on the top of the Message Log that it says "Enabled for: Delayed Denali Real-Time Exchange Data Feed." I'm a bit confused about that. Am I subscribed to real-time feed? Or did I not set it up properly?

First, all Service Packages have the Delayed Denali Exchange Data Feed active, so there is nothing you need to worry about with that.

But, we do not see that you have the Real-time Denali Exchange Data Feed listed in the Message Log. But we see that you just finished the setup for this today, so we do not know whether the timing was before or after you made this post.

As of right now, you should be receiving Real-Time data from the Denali Exchange Data Feed. If you are having any problems with this, then let us know.
