Trader DOM doesn't show Bid / Ask volume other than current Bid Ask volume

http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1590079049590.png Greetings SierraChart Admin, I want to ask you about my trading DOM, as you can show in the picture above my Trading DOM doesn't give me the Bid Ask volume other than the current one. Can you please check what cause this as I have subscript to Denali exchange data feed with market depth (I also attach My current CME data exchange subscription package from AMP Futures) |

Your Denali Exchange Data Feed is not setup for you to receive the Market Depth. You currently have the "Full CME Group for Non-Professionals" activated. You need the "Full CME Group with Market Depth for Non-Professionals". You can see what is activated for your account on this page: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed You may need to login with your Sierra Chart Account Name and Password to get to the page if you are not already logged in to the website.
