Trying to use third party software ,they want machine ID .Going to Help -about and finding my Account number as my Account name is this machine ID ..? In Ninja it is long alphanumeric number .

If they are asking for a machine ID, it makes you wonder if they are familiar with Sierra. Or maybe they think you are using Ninja.

They need to provide SierraChart with a SCDLLName and you need to provide them with your Account Name.
