Customized menu items & new sub-instance

When creating a new sub-instance, customized menu items aren't replicated within the sub-instance. As an example: I changed the menu item name for Split Profiles to zSplitProfiles. Restarted SC. Then went File -> New Instance. In the new sub-instance, Split Profiles isn't zSplitProfiles but instead uses the default text for that menu item.

It appears that symbol settings (eg: per-symbol R/T commission values) are also not carried over when creating a new instance.
