I set up a Sub-Account with AMP Account number **. I went on Live Chat. They said to fill out a Live Trading Platform Setup Request. However I already have a Package 5 with the Denali Data Feed. I am running 2 copies of Sierra on one computer. Can I just use the Sub-Account on my one copy, so that I can use my different strategy. Ticket ID: 1589906577398 is my original Support Ticket. They responded that yes I could do this. However they didn't tell me how. An e-mail I received from Support told me to Login with my AMP Sub-Account number, but since I don't have a Password for the Sub-Account, how can I login. Date Time Of Last Edit: 2020-05-19 22:15:32

What we need you to do is fill out this form for that subaccount: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=SCOrderRoutingServiceTradingAccountAssignmentRequestForm And then once that account is assigned to your Sierra Chart account you can then access it through the Trade Window: Basic Trading and the Trade Window: Main/C >> Trade Account (Selecting Trade Account for Chart / Trade DOM) Or you can use it in a sub instance: Using DTC Server for Data and Trading in Another Sierra Chart Instance But you also need to select it on the Trade Window in the case of a sub instance as well.
