Dear Engineering team, I am an AMP Futures client and subscribe to Denali Exchange Data Feed for SC Order Routing Service. Currently, I'm using CME with Market Depth. I would want to change it to Full CME Group as I do not need the market depth for my trading style. How do I go about changing the exchange? I've searched through the support board for similar topics and looked into the Account Control Panel. I couldn't figure out how to get it done. Please help. Regards, |

You can take care of this yourself by clicking on the following link and then Deactivating the Exchange(s) you do not want an then Activating the Exchange(s) you do want. https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed The one thing we want you to be aware of is that if you make this change today, you will not receive any refund for the currently active exchange, and it will continue to be available through the end of the month. And you will then need to pay for the full amount for the new exchange that you activate, which will only be good through the end of this month (the Exchanges work on a per-month basis and it does not matter when in the month you activate the exchange). We are also happy to take care of this for you, but we want to make sure you that you want to make the change now, or if you want to wait until the beginning of next month to activate the new exchange. I have looked through the link and there is no activate/deactivate button for me to click on. Please deactivate CME with Market Depth at the end of this month and activate Full CME Group(priced at $3 per month) at the beginning of next month. Thank you for your assistance. |

Sorry, I did not realize that you were setup through AMP. That is why you do not have the options to Deactivate/Activate. We have set the CME Group with Market Depth to not renew next month, so it will end on May 31, 2020. We will then activate the Full CME Group (no Market Depth) on June 1, 2020 for you.
