Dear Sir or Madam: I follow your instruction in "Posts: 495" on 01/17/2014 at 00:09:54, I can get the sound alert but NOT the email alert (chiemv@hotmail.com). 1. What should I do to get the email alert? 2. Is there any way that I can back test for the crosses of two simple moving averages for profit and loss data? Thank you very much, Van |

1. Did you specify this email address in Global Settings >> General Settings? If so, and if you have properly enabled email notifications for the specific Alert Numbers you are using, then Hotmail is blocking the messages. 2.
