Hi SC, I took the historical data from SC and renamed the files to fit the IB symbol logic. SC records the data for JPY futures with two less decimal places. Is there a possibility to somehow edit the data in order to get two more decimal places in the SC data?

You just need to adjust the Price Multipliers in Chart >> Chart Settings >> Advanced Settings 2 to get the data to match Interactive Brokers data.

I adjusted the historical to ,01 which gave me the same format as IB, but then the real-time data comes in also being multiplied by ,01 and throws everything practically off the screen. Could you please provide me with the needed settings? thx!

You will need to permanently adjust the data in the chart data file through Edit >> Adjust Data.

I have tried numerous times to adjust the data from SC or from IB, but I must be doing something wrong, because I keep getting the same incorrect results.

I have noticed though the function will only change the latest futures contract. If I can export the data and change it quickly in excel and then import, then this would be also a solution. I would like to get back to trading JPY again. thx!

Here is the documentation for the Adjust Data function:
http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/doc_AdjustingData.html

The very best thing is to use the Sierra Chart Real-time and Historical Futures Data service which is integrated with Interactive Brokers and other trading services:
http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/SierraChartRealTimeFuturesStockDataFeed.php

This is the most reliable way to access the data. You can subscribe now and get all the historical data you want from now until the end of the month for less than $10. You will also receive the real-time data as well.
