Can't connect to OneUp trader with Rithmic

Hello there, I'm trying to connect to OneUp trader but unfortunately receive the error below. I do have a direct pkg5 subscription of Sierra Charts. You cannot be running Sierra Chart and another program connected to Rithmic at the same time.
