hi,
after the most recent update my DOM highlight box which used to only encompass 1 price level is not going around 4 ticks or 4 price levels and is extremely distracting. is there a way to adjust this back to 1 price level please.
thanks

The highlight box will encompass the entire "cell" for a price level on the Trading DOM. Not sure how it would be 4 levels.

Provide an image of the chart or Trade DOM, by following these instructions:

Same with me, the size of the frame is wrongly given by the "Horizontal Grid Line Increment" in "Scale Settings"

Hi,
are you guys working on this problem because it is really causing problems for my inorder to use this DOM functionality and it is
wreaking havoc on my eyes and my ability to make any accurate trades off of the dom.
have you guys found a solution yet?
should those of us having problems with it immediately go back to a previous working version and
is that always our best option would you say? just go back to one that work until you guys get it figured out which 'is usually
pretty fast.
thanks

We have found the problem and have it fixed internally. The fix will be in the next Pre-Release (v 2106) when it becomes available. It should only be a couple of days.

Just keep an eye on the main Sierra Chart webpage that shows the Release and Pre-Release on the right.
