Have recently setup my live realtime SC data and created a chartboard with a few symbols and most are pulling in data fine pre-market. AMZN,BA,CAT and NFLX though are showing all zeros. See attached. Thanks, I'm sure it's something I'm doing wrong. |

I think I figured it out but got myself into a different dilemma. I had added those symbols to the global symbol list because I wanted to set a tick size for them so I wouldn't have to change the chart all the time. When I removed them from the global symbol list they started populating data after a disconnect and reconnect to the the server. Question is how can I set the tick size for different symbols so I'm not constantly changing chart settings? Thanks |

In this case what you need to do is select a corresponding symbol pattern in Global Settings >> Symbol Settings which corresponds to the specific symbol and then press the Duplicate button. Modify the Tick Size and other settings as you require.

I tried that but I must be missing something. Say I want to put in SPY as a symbol to customize the tick settings. I duplicated the SP?## and have tried setting security type to stock, underlying symbol to SPY and then disconnect and connect and it goes back to Zeros. Is there a help article on this? Thanks |
