Hallo, last week I had a problems with coffee and today also with cacao market data in Sierracharts, see enclosure please. What is problem? Data feed is running in TWS. Thank you in advance.

Is it possible, that in TWS I can see in 5 minutes chart all candles from cocoa and in Sierracharts one or two hours missing after open?

Now I see, that missing candles are till my loading Sierracharts. So when I load today at 12, I will have candles from 12. I am speaking about candles from ICE exchange commodities like coffee, cocoa, sugar...Is it really mistake of Interactive brokers? Because candles are not missing in TWS.Thank you in advance.
