Chart Region size not saving in study collection

I recently updated to 2102 and have a volume study in chart region 2 saved in a collection. The region size is no longer saving to the collection and is resetting when i reload the studies. How do I fix this?

My friend figured it out. it is saving, but it is not applying correctly. you have to apply twice for the chart region to size to its saved state.
