Hello, I just set up my Sierra chart Web based trade panel. Is there a way I can see the whole bracket order(target, stop) in open orders ? Or do they only show up once in current positions? Thanks

We need to prepare documentation for this. The web-based trading panel has a Server Selector section at the top for you to select a particular server to connect to.

You need to be connecting to the same server that Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Service Setting >> Primary Server is set to in Sierra Chart.

Otherwise, if the parent order has not yet filled and you are connected to a different server you will not see the Target and Stop. In any case, they will only be listed in the Open Orders table.

I changed it to my primary server . I still dont see my resting limit order "child" orders . Only the limit order. Also, If I set a limit/bracket order and close my Sierra chart are the orders still active? Both limit and child? thanks

User called. The issue is resolved where the pending child orders were not being displayed within the web-based trading panel.

We will fix that. This is an updating issue on the web-based trading panel orders list. Those bottom two orders are actually the same and you can tell because of the client order ID over on the right.
