Hi Support, my daily emailed AMP statement does not match /trade/account balances window. It is off exactly by the exchange commissions, NFA, Clearing TTnet and commission fees for yesterday.

Is this correct or is this something that SC or AMP need to address?

AMP just seems to report strange balances. Right now (2 hours before the Sunday session opens), SC says my AMP account balance is the closing balance from Thursday. The balance changes from Friday, which I did see in SC on Friday, disappeared over the weekend.

I also saw this happen a couple weeks ago, and SC started reporting the correct balance around the time the Sunday session started.

Account update today is now accurate, just like you mentioned for Sundays. Will monitor.

I think that is painful that the Sierra 10 cents charge is not included in the AMP daily statement.
This makes tallying up very hard and is one of the main reasons I am currently unhappy with executing trades through the Sierra execution mechanism.

Not only is the tally never going to be right but if you also have more trades than you estimated you would, you will find your Sierra balance too low to actually execute any more trades until you top up that balance regardless of whether you have had a winning session. This is particularly relevant for those of us that pay for the software on a yearly basis.

I can only hope there is a better solution around the corner as I doubt whether a half baked solution is viable in the longer term

Hey Acro, 1st, I use AMP + SC + Denali TTfix to execute trades. Something you can do is go into: Global Settings > Symbol Settings > check "Use Custom Symbol Settings Values" and find what you trade and set the Round Turn Commission. To do this, on the right side, scroll until you see "Round Turn Commission" and set that to your Round Turn Commission from AMP (use Amp's All-In Calculator to find where you should stand on your commission rates). See attached screenshot for what this looks like.

Then, once AMP's Daily Client Report is sent to you after your current trading day (which covers trading from 5 PM Eastern to 5 PM Eastern time every day) you open the following in SC: Trade > Trade Activity Log -- and set the "Data Range to Display" according to your timezone. Make sure you then press [*Trades] then Apply. If you scroll to the bottom of the page, your Total from the Profit/Loss column should exactly match AMP's Daily Client Report for the last of the "5 values" summary at the bottom of the last page. It literally takes me 10 seconds each day to make sure the tally is correct. :)
