symbol data missing

for the last two days, from time to time getting the following, after which there is only L1 data for ZB (which on top of that is probably delayed)

Symbol Error - ZBM20_FUT_CBOT is unknown, unavailable, or improperly formatted. Symbol service code not specified. 2020-05-07 00:54:59.998

I could resolve the above ONLY by disconnecting and reconnecting SC to the SC Exchange Data Feed - this is obviously not a solution since in the meantime full order book data is lost ie not recorded and visualized

It looks as though you may have inadvertently modified Symbol Settings causing a problem.

First:

Follow the instructions here to update the Symbol Settings:
Global Symbol Settings: Update Global Symbol Settings

Second:
Disable Use Custom Symbol Settings Values:
Global Symbol Settings: Use Custom Symbol Settings Values (Global Settings >> Symbol Settings)
