Hi, I have two support tickets open that haven't received a response. I'm following the instructions per the "Easy Solution to CME Funded Trading Account Requirement" page. The customer service person on my original support ticket told me they were waiting to set up the TT account to link to sierra, and they gave me live data for a temporary time. Well, that is expired and I haven't received a response as to whether my TT is set up at AMP. I made another support ticket that was not answered either. I purchased the denali feed, so I'm paying for data yet I don't know how to connect to it.

Please help, thanks.

This is being handled through the Account Support Ticket. There has been a response to the ticket today (May 7).

You will not receive any information in the other Account Support Ticket, as it is a duplicate of the other in which we have answered.
