What does this mean?
Trying to understand why i can't place orders on the 6E

"TT Order Rejected. Rejected new order to avoid Crossing resting order."

I have no resting orders.

Our understanding of this is that this is an issue that was affecting this symbol and Advantage customers using TT. Advantage is working it out with TT. We hope it is resolved already.

Thank you.
It appears to be only the 6E, and only shorts, and it began sometime after 4/30 (I was able to place shorts on 4/30).

TT is aware of the issue:

We are looking to patch this friday, as long as testing proves successful.

They said they can perform a "reset" of the affected trading accounts to resolve this. But this is something the broker would have to request TT to do.
