Not seeing Limit orders

Hello, i've just signed up for the free trail, using edgeclear broker and rithmic. Everything seems to working except i'm only able to see orders on the bid/ ask price and no resting limit orders. Unsure whether broker/ data feed related or if i've missed a basic setting. Have gone through a lot of support articles already. Thank you

Sounds like you are not receiving market depth data due to entitlements. Check with your broker on this.
