Im in the process of Denali/TT activation as AMP customer with Sierra/Denali paid via AMP. Seems Ive got all possible confirmations including SMS this morning but still getting 10min delayed data and following errors in the log. Unfortunately still no response to my support ticket.

########### SC Futures Order Routing/Data | Connection error: Trade account not exist on trading gateway.
########### Enabled for: Delayed Denali Real-Time Exchange Data Feed.
########### HD Request # 1 | Historical data for ESM20_FUT_CME is delayed because connection to main data feed is not present. Current data will be received upon connection.

Also

# "Your account is not authorized for updating the data feed service." on Denali control Panel
# "The Data Feed is not enabled on the account." on Denali Exchanges panel.

Please help with this or maybe some action on my side is needed then please advice. Thank you!

It's been 10hours with no response to support ticket and no response here. I dont even know who I should be talking to - you or AMP.

I waited few months with my CQG->Denali transition seeing dozens of users problems with it so I hoped this process is sorted out already. Doesnt seem so.

Is there any other way to get your support? Thanks in advance.

There has been a response in the Account Support Ticket you opened.

Thanks

Im sure my settings are correct.

BTW when I select CQG WEBapi I can still log in and I see correct account balance. But when switching to Denali/TT datafeed the balance is wrong 10000000000000

So is that AMP turn now? I guess they need to do final switch from CQG to TT routing? From my understanding after that I shouldnt be able to connect using CQG anymore?

How can I explain AMP what they should do? Do you really still have that process not sorted out with them??

We responded in the Account Support Ticket. You do not need to put any information in this Support Board post. We will take care of everything through that Account Support Ticket.
