You may have updated to the prerelease and then went back to a prior version. Select File >> Open Chartbook. Do you see any chartbooks that have backup2092 in the name? If so, those are the ones you want to open. I'm unable to use imported chartbooks/templates. I've tried installing different versions of the Software but they still won't work.
