Is it possible to have one chart drive the other charts vertical scroll?

I would like to sync the vertical scale and position of two charts.

Basically, ChartRight has some kind of a panning setting that will scroll the vertical axis up and down (keeping last bar visible etc.) and I would like to have ChartLeft follow the Y-axis position. Please see the image attached.

Is that possible? I'm investigating the Master Mode, but was not able to achieve this result.

Master Mode is not what you need. You need to use the option for Vertical Scale with the Chart Linking feature. Refer to the information here:
Chart Settings: Chart Linking (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Linking menu)
