Hi Team SC,

I understand and appreciate your points about IB in the locked sticky thread. I've tried to get away from IB for years, but not everyone trades USA products and as a result many people are sort of forced into trading at IB due to lack of alternatives. They have the worst broker support I have ever experienced. Twice over the past decade they have locked my account without advising. One time it took 4 weeks to get the issue resolved. It was a major headache, every customer "service" rep would pass the buck and silently sweep my ticket under the rug.

If you guys would provide order routing (and data via Denali) to HKex and advise me of a broker that would service me, then I would make the switch immediately. Philips Capital useless, no go. AMP would not open my non-USA LLC with the reply, "too risky" - wow, what? Yep, its true. GH Financials said I was too small at doing about 400 RT / month. Out of choices other than IB... :(

As I said, I can understand and appreciate the frustration you have. Please realize many of your customers have global needs. We are all gotta eat.

For Hong Kong futures the best thing for now might be to probably to look for a broker that supports CQG.

But have you checked with:

TT says they support HKFE.

Eventually we will be providing through the Denali Exchange Data Feed the Hong Kong exchange. Our first step is to get EUREX.

You really cannot trust any bank or broker with holding money. It is only going to get worse.

Philip Capital Singapore office seem to be a possible alternative.

I'm starting dialogue with KGI Futures via CQG order routing. Would that work with Sierra charts?

Yes definitely. Any broker using CQG will be supported by Sierra Chart. They may need to ask us for approval but we always give it.
