Hi, I have a study (see attached) that is no longer visible on my charts and I can't figure out why. They are not hidden and the settings are all as they were before they disappeared. I've attached screenshots of what it used to look like, what it looks like now, and the settings for the missing study. Thanks for taking the time to help me address this issue.

Before that happened and the study disappeared: Did you update Sierrachart?

It is possible that there are commands in the source code that have a different notation / meaning in the newer version. Check the message log for any error messages for this study.

No I have not updated my version of Sierra Chart. There are no messages regarding this study in the message log. If there is an error log that I'm not aware of please let me know where to find that. If this cannot be resolved perhaps we need to do a remote session.

Thanks,

Angelo

Strange....Try changing the number of load days in the chart setting. It is possible that an error in your loaded data (for example some GAP etc.) causes an exception.

Then ....
You will need to contact the developer of the third-party study to find out why the error occurred.

I switched data to sierra chart Denali. Would that cause the issue?

I'm not Sierrachart support (they'll refer you to the study developers anyway).

I am an independent developer of studies. I'm just trying to think about what the problem may be and help you. If it worked for you before, from the point of view of the program (study) there must only be some condition which the study cannot solve (it is not solved in the study).

Denali is ok....I wrote "data" above but I didn't mean the wrong datafeed but rather data corrupted in your chart .. You can try a different range of days to calculate (go back to the past). Then, for example, it would be better focused on the area where the study stopped working. It is not difficult to change the range of days in the "menu / chart / chart settings". If it works in the past there is an error in the downloaded data and you would just download the data again. ....

Thank you for taking the time to speak with me. Yes I was aware that you were speaking about corrupted data but wanted to mention the switch in data feed as it seems to have broken around that time. I messed around with the date range of the chart and was unable to fix it.
