The information for Poor High and Low is not available through a regular Subgraph, therefore it is not something that can be used in an alert.

I've got something that's at least got me about 80% of what I eventually want, I just had to fall back (as I so often do) to a Spreadsheet Trading System. But yeah definitely not a simple thing to make an alert for. =(
