I recently purchased the Sierra Chart with Advanced package for $36. When I log into my account it still says Sim and delayed. I synced in the global settings but it still says Sim. Did I miss something or do something wrong?

What you are asking about is real-time data. This is not related to Trade Simulation Mode.

If you require real-time futures data, then refer to:
https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_FuturesData.php

Be sure to read the page linked above completely before making a further inquiry regarding real-time *futures* data.

I was wondering the same and honestly its not crystal clear. As the previous poster said I am also interested in real time data but with NO trading option.
Just real time data for analysis.
If I have understood it correctly, we have to pay 20-25$ which is a fixed fee to Denali and then on-top of that depending what kind of information you require there is additional cost. If you want the full package it costs 31.20 USD.
So all in total $56/month ?
Is this correct?

No it is much much much worse than that. The CME wants 440 USD/month if you do not have a trading account.

so you are saying this page is not clear:

You have got to be kidding us. Read it. And complain to the exchanges.

I was just asking if I have understood things correct.
Did not whine or said anything bad neither was this my intention. I was just wondering what I needed to do to get
real time data and the total cost without trading. That was it.

Okay we apologize, we forgot about that text.

This:

Is now changed to:

If you still have confusion about this particular subject, read this page in its *entirety* and figure things out for yourself. Do not contact Sierra Chart about this. Or you can post a message for other users on the Support Board and make sure you post it as a "User Discussion". Sierra Chart support may or may not respond to it. Or perhaps other users will.
