I use SC 1077 and latest TWS. When I try to send orders vie the SC chart i see the orders in the chart but they
are not submitted to the TWS. This is the case with US stock symbols only. If I try to trade US futures it works.
Trade simulation is off. I did not change anything since last time it worked. It is also not possible to delete
or move the orders from the chart.

Is there any error message displayed in Trade >>Trade Service Log?

Is the Status of the orders "Order Sent". You can see the status in Trade >> Trade Orders and Positions >> Orders.
