Can't login to a demo account with sierra + rithmic by edgeclear

Hello
I receive a demo for sierra + rithmic feed thru edgeclear.com and i can"t login.
I"m not sure what i"m doing wrong(i"m using a old account for user "raduku" here , in sierra chart system , i don"t know if it"s ok ).
Can you help me with this ?

There are two problems. Your account is expired but we have now activated it. Details are below.

We also no longer provide technical support for Rithmic. Could you use CQG through Edge clear? We see they do support that.

Your account has been activated and the usage time extended if necessary.

If Sierra Chart is running, it will automatically be activated within about three minutes. However, you may need to exit from the Sierra Chart charting and trading software by selecting "File >> Exit". And then open Sierra Chart through the icon on your desktop or through the desktop Start menu.

After your Sierra Chart usage time ends you need to pay for additional usage time through "Help >> Add Usage Credit".
