I have switched from Gain Capital to ADM with a Rithimic feed and will be using Photon Trader fore execution. I am being charged for 2 data instances. How do I migrate from my Gain feed to the Rithimic feed?

Sierra Chart has discontinued support for Rithmic. We are no longer providing any technical help for this. The supported services are on this page: Supported Data and Trading Services Also with Rithmic you would be charged two sets of exchange fees as well. If you are using ADM you could use the Sierra Chart order routing service and use Sierra Chart for charting and trading. You could even use 2 copies of Sierra Chart. I want to use Photon trader for my trading So you guys wont even help me enable the Rithmic feed for SC. You guys are ridiculous |

so how do I enable my ADM account on SC?

We will get in contact with ADM in regards to this. Actually it would be cheaper for you just to use the Denali data feed (20 USD a month) and the CME exchange fee for 3 USD a month for market data rather than paying the full market depth fees a second time which would be the case when using Rithmic with Sierra Chart.

We explained the details to your broker about exactly what is needed. You will still stay on Rithmic for photon trader. You only need a second account on TT with a very small balance to authorize the CME data on the Denali feed.
