Is it possible to have CQG data coming in, and order routing out via IBKR?

Thank you. This page? Using Multiple Data and Trading Services at the Same Time

So I need to always run two instances:

Source instance gets data from CQG and shares it to Destination instance

Destination is set to route orders via IBKR.

To clarify: there is no way to stipulate separate data service, and trading service on a single instance? I am comfortable with two instances, just that over time the config settings tend to diverge.
