urgent: TPO calculation

Hello, I hope this finds you well.

I have an issue with my TPO's, the calculation on my value areas is not right, it moves randomly from one price to the other overnight, please find attached a screenshot of my TPO's this morning which moved a substantial amount overnight again. this is not the first time it happens. Please advise me on how to resolve this issue.

Well certainly as a TPO profile changes the Value Area will change. Are you noticing the change only on the current/latest TPO profile?

The issue/problem is that previous value areas from weeks / days change not the latest TPO profile. On the screenshot attached you can see the value areas that I drew yesterday for previous day. this morning, the TPO's moved to the downside randomly while they should be right on the extending rectangles that I drew yesterday.

following my last message, I have not heard back from you. Also, same issue happened today with NGM20_FUT_NYMEX, The TPO FOR THE 21st is not present, and past TPO's randomly moved again.

Are you able to reproduce this by replaying the chart? Instructions:

It really is a next to impossible for us to understand this unless it is reproducible and we get the chart and can reproduce it. So the next step is to provide that chart by following these instructions:
