FreeFormText not saved for parent orders

I've noticed that FreeFormText strings submitted via parent orders (using SUBMIT_NEW_SINGLE_ORDER) via DTC are not being saved. This also clearly shows in Trade Activity log attached. Closing orders with the same text show ok.
