For some reason I'm not getting data for my third party studies (MBoxWave) which I was getting with your demo version. Would you happen to know why ?? Do I need to change my service package to receive these studies? Thanks,

You would need to contact the developer of the third party study to find out why you are not getting it any longer. There is no dependency on the Sierra Chart package level, at least not from us. It is possible that the third party developer requires a specific capability for their software, such as the Number Bars, which would require Package 5.
