Historical data disappear when TPO Profile enabled

When i load up any NYSE ticker i get all of its history on the chart. As soon as I apply the TPO Profile study i only get chart info back about one month. I have "Allow realtime updating of Historical Chart" checked and "Disable data file updating" unchecked. I turned on and off "continuous contract" .. I know that is for futures but im trying everything i can think of. I changed it from intraday chart to historical chart. It acts like it wants to load more, then nothing happens. when i go back to settings it is showing as an intraday chart again. Please help. |

The first thing you need to look at is what is the timeframe of the chart that you are using and then what timeframe are you wanting to use on the TPO chart. For example, if you have a Daily Historical chart and you put on the TPO with the defaults of a daily TPO with 30 minute blocks, then the chart is going to switch to an Intraday chart with the number of days that is set in Chart Settings. So you need to ensure that the timeframes are matching up and then that the number of days loaded matches to what you want. The chart will switch to Intraday based upon the TPO Period length the study is set to.
