In the Ichimoku Cloud indicators there is one where the current data bar close is also shown as a line 26 bars in the past. (The Chikou Span). The price level/line is easily found when the chart is current as it ends 26 bars back, but when looking at history, you would have to count back 26 bars to see where the level of the line is. Is there any tool/study that when a bar in the past data is clicked on that would automatically show say a vertical line 26 bars back?
Any help would be appreciated.

Try this:

Add the Bar Numbering study
-set the Display At Bottom to Yes
-set the Number Of Bars To Label to 27
-set both Draw Style colors to match the chart background (this is the only way to hide the numbers)

Add the Color Background Based On Alert Condition study
-set the Use Vertical Line Instead Of Coloring Background to Yes
-put this formula on the Alerts tab:
=ID1.SG1=2
where the Bar Numbering study is ID1. Edit formula as needed.
