I'm a bit confused. My account says: Allowed Systems: 0 out of a total of 2 system(s) are currently being used, so I would like to have Sierra Chart running on two separate virtual private servers where I log into each thereby having each server on a different monitor. This doesn't seem to work, in fact it seems to break everything and I found a reference to this not being allowed after March 1, 2020. Is this really not allowed? If it is, please point me to the correct setup instructions or even if not and a separate cost is needed, how to alter my account to allow this scenario. Thanks, |

There is no problem with running the two different instances of Sierra Chart on two different systems as you have stated. The restriction is related to the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feeds, wherein you can only access the data feed from one system per Sierra Chart account. Therefore, if you want to use the Denali Exchange Data Feed on the two VPSs, you will need to wait until the end of this week when we have support for that but the CME exchange fee cost will be two times higher. Check back with us on Friday for this new capability coming. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users. OK thanks, I will !! On costs, you mean I would just pay the CME Exchange fee twice? That's fine. Thanks again.
