Limit Orders get rejected. Only Market Order works.

I contacted AMP Support, their Answer:

"your decimal price is off.
you are placing as 10970.0 instead of 1.970"

Never had this problem before. Need help to fix that.

Not to mention: i get this msg when i try to buy the best offer in the book via limit order.
Also open positions dont get shown on the chart or dom for the executed price. (didnt check 10970 though)
Wont open another position until this is fixed. The symbol setup for the micro contract is from the symbol server.
I also updated the symbol data once via "update from Server" button and reloaded the charts...didnt make a difference.

We do not have a solution for this right now. The problem is the CME uses two different price formats for these symbols. And the TT order routing, uses the native CME formats.

So the micro contract requires a different price multiplier. We started to implement this but we realize it is rather involved and it is not going to be some time until we can fully implement that.

The only thing you can do is just simply use a separate chart for M6E for trading.

Does this relate to all micro FX contracts?

We are not sure unless we look at the Price Multipliers for each symbol. Open a chart for the symbol and go to Chart >> Chart Settings >> Advanced Settings 2. Look at the Real-time Price Multiplier setting.

hm...really weird. if i consider the tick size difference between regular and micro contract and place an order at the right price for the micro on the regular, then there shouldnt be any problem. the order uses the set price for the trading symbol.

But there is alot going on under the hood and i have to accept it as it is.
