Just updated sierra chart and am unable to connect.

Pop up states

Connection error message from service. Rithmic trading unsupported
protocol version. Disconnecting. Update sierra chart.

Please Help

Another user reported this as well. The Rithmic bridge program was indicating version 7 but Sierra Chart requires version 8 of the DTC protocol. However, we ran a test and the bridge program is showing version 8. Maybe you are running an out of date version of the bridge program.

The current one is attached. It needs to be placed in the Rim subfolder of the Sierra Chart installation folder.
