SPREADS still not working. Blacked out Screen!

Trying to figure out why sometime exchagne spreads work and are updated in sierra chart and other times they do not. lets say doing a crude spread exchange why does it work sometimes and not in others? I have followed all procedures and all i was doing was updating a previos expired spread to a new month? |

This could be onmy end of course. I am tryign to figure out what chart data type i should be using if it is on my end. FOr some Reason this is defaulting back to 2/02/2023 and moving forward si grayed out. Maybe I have clicked a setting or changed somethin gon accident buit not sure. I still have the historical data from a previous spread. thanks |

I was able to pull up the current exchange spread with a historical chart and then when i clicked to go to a 1 minute it jsut blacked out the screen so I am getting somewhere with it. but if you have a better suggestion that would be great. it is obvious that it is "USER ERROR" on my part. Would be nice if you guys made a chart type called spread chart. |

it has to do with the date range in the historical chart? the to box is garyed out |
