hi, in your support documentation regarding activation of denali exchange data, the step of enabling the data doesn't show up for me under the account services tab; I've signed my agreements already and have made a payment; the next step should be to enable the data but it just says I'm not authorized to update. Help

The Data feed was being billed through your broker, which would cause the forms to not show.
Your broker has now set the feed to be billed directly to you. So you should now see the Denali Activation Drop Down here:
