I tried to verify my email twice, but I never receive any email. In between the 2 tests, I send myself an email and it worked fine. There is some kind of problem with your email verification function. |

We know what the problem is. The problem is ATT.net is blocking emails from the Sierra Chart server. There is nothing we can do about this. You should contact them and let them know that Sierra Chart does not send out junk email. And they should remove the block. And if they do not remove the block, our advice is do not use that domain. AT&T uses Yahoo to handle their email. They make it so difficult to contact customer support that I just gave up. Set up a gmail account and it is verified Thank you.
