SC Data - Connection limit exceeded

I am only running SC on one system (I am assuming that "system" means one computer).

Whenever I start a second instance of SC on the same system I get an error:

SC Data - All Services | Logon error received from server: Connection limit exceeded. | MaxConnectionsDifferentDevices = 1, NumCurrentConnectionsDifferentDevices = 2 | 2020-04-03 07:58:52.413

The Allowed System on the UserControlPanel website page changes from 1 out of a total of 3 systems to "2 out of 3".

Is my understanding correct that at this point, having the ability to run on 2 (included) or 3 ($12/month) additional systems is not useful because it is not possible to access realtime data on the 2nd or 3rd system?

There is a note on the SC Market Data Feed page that makes it seem that to access the datafeed on a second system it is necessary to create a second SC account. Does the second account require paying for an SC activation fee as well as a 1st connection fee and additional exchange fees?

Is there a plan for providing equity data on Denali so that it would be possible to turn off the SC Data Feed?

Thanks

In regards to providing US Equities data on the Denali Exchange Data Feed, this we expect will come at some point but we do not know when.
