stuck in downloading historical data, Bars may not appear until done

Hi, SC was working perfectly fine until last week, I tried a new Chartbook template. since then the msg "downloading historical data, Bars may not appear until done" last way to long for the charts to start printing again, like 45min to 1 hour . I contacted CQG and there was nothing they could help with.
