I need assistance to download your software. I followed the instructions for you online support and still keep gettin the same error message
"Error download files to local system. Stopped installation. Check Log. Press " install to retry".

The easiest thing may be just to use the zip installer here:
https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/SoftwareDownload.php#ZipInstaller

This is what we recommend doing. You just extract the files into C:\SierraChart
